Translating from Latin to ‘first work’, the Opus Prima collection from Ruffoni is the first set of pans to feature the delicate hammering on stainless steel that’s more commonly found on copper pots. The tri-ply clad stainless steel is augmented by way of this hand-hammered patina, allowing for cultural and traditional aesthetics to meet the professional quality of the strengthened, modern material. This set of four pans includes a stockpot, braiser and chef pan that each comes with a lid finished with hand-cast vegetal finials.
