This special ornament is from a range of rook and knight pieces created for Purley by several contemporary artists. Termed the ‘Gold Knight’, this chess piece has been hand-painted by Olivia Pilling and features the brand’s customary nappa leather base embossed with its logo in 18-karat gold foil.
